You are a dedicated, motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent social services to children and families. You have proven experience in managing a team of Social Workers and ensuring that they provide effective and safe services in line with institutional policies and procedures.

What the Job Involves

You will ensure the safe and effective delivery of services to Children and Families in accordance with Children and Families’ Policies and Procedures. Your main responsibility will be to manage social work practice through the use of social work supervision within your supervision group. You will supervise Social Workers on a day-to-day basis to ensure the delivery of an effective social work service to children and their families.
