CSW Senior Social Worker/Specialist Social Worker (Pledge)

Who You Are

You are a Senior Social Worker with at least 5 years post qualified experience in social work, including 3 years in a permanent role. You should have completed your ASYE, and have extensive experience of working in an Assessment Team. You are willing and able to attend the office at least three days a week.

What the job involves

Your main duties as a Senior Social Worker will include undertaking assessment of children and their families, conducting home visits to complete direct work with children, undertaking section 47 enquiries, and performing risk assessments and safety planning.
