Who You Are

A highly motivated and driven Clerk of Works (Post-inspector) with prior experience in the rehabilitation of void properties within the Social Housing sector. Ideally, you are diligent, team-oriented, and committed towards achieving corporate goals.

What The Job Involves

You will be actively participating in a team of surveyors and letting officers, consistently striving to meet corporate void turnaround times. The main tasks include visiting void properties to pre and post inspect, write up of specifications using the schedule of rates, ensuring the high standard of empty homes let in minimum turnaround time. In addition to these, managing the works process for voids, closely and effectively collaborating with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring contractor performance both in terms of quality and value for money. You will also be required to accurately utilize relevant IT systems to ensure that the reporting and data for the performance management are precise.
